I'm a user experience designer with over 20 years of industry experience. I've worked in various capacities in individual contributor and managerial roles, in consulting and product organizations. For my recent projects, I've optimized UX for multiple enterprise applications and end-point management systems.

I started my career in visual design, and progressed as a user experience designer with focus on usability and interaction design. While doing so, conducted a lot of user research, and created numerous interactive prototypes. I love converting complex, lengthy processes and tasks into short & sweet ones.
